We loved making these pancakes for our first breakfast of 2024!!! THanks for the whisk tip — I don’t have a flour sifter.

The kids wanted to make pancakes this morning, and we found your recipe for an apple version. The recipe is super easy, and the family loved them. We live where apples are available year-round, too. It’s called Apple Hill, and they harvest all year long with different varieties, so we need apple recipes. Can I freeze these pancakes?

Made these with the kids, and they turned out delicious! Planning to make them again, might try different fruits next time though. I’m thinking of using pears instead of apples. Thanks for the tip!
