Final Thoughts

These brownies were quite fudgy and had a slight s’mores flavor. I think it was because the marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate worked together to create a hint of that familiar flavor. The crunchiness of the chopped nuts also gave the brownies a nice texture. I loved that I didn’t have to heat up the house, so I’m sure I will make these again this summer.

I want to make these for my son’s daycare as I love all the flavors, but the daycare instructor is allergic to milk. Do you think these would work with coconut milk or cream rather than evaporated milk? Thank you!

    1. It should work because it has the same fat content and texture as evaporated milk. However, I have not made it that way so I can’t say for sure. It would be good to do a test batch just in case. Let me know how they turn out!
