Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pounds Hashbrowns partially thawed
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ Cup Green Onions chopped
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 3 Cups Potato Chips crushed, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Grease 9"x13" pan and set aside.
  • Break apart the partially frozen hashbrowns before mixing in the other ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the optional potato chips.
  • Place the mixture into the greased 9"x13" pan.
  • Cook for 40 minutes at 350℉.
  • Remove from oven and place crushed potato chips on top.
  • Continue cooking for 20 minutes or until the center is hot.
