Surprise Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Hashbrowns partially thawed
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- ½ Cup Green Onions chopped
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 3 Cups Potato Chips crushed, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Grease 9"x13" pan and set aside.
- Break apart the partially frozen hashbrowns before mixing in the other ingredients.
- In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the optional potato chips.
- Place the mixture into the greased 9"x13" pan.
- Cook for 40 minutes at 350℉.
- Remove from oven and place crushed potato chips on top.
- Continue cooking for 20 minutes or until the center is hot.
