- 1 Corn Flake Pie Crust see above
- 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Lemon Peel Grated
- 1 Cup Strawberries fresh, frozen, or canned; plus extra for decoration
- ½-1 Tub Cool Whip
Stir sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice and lemon peel.
Add strawberries and stir lightly.
Pour into Corn Flake Pie Crust.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and strawberries to serve.
- Set butter out at least a half hour before so it is softened enough and easy to mix
- Crush Corn Flakes in a plastic zip-top bag with a rolling pin
- Mix ingredients for crust with your bare hands for best results
- For best results, let crust cool completely before adding filling
