2 Cups Brown Sugar Packed 2 Cups Ketchup 1 Cup Dry Sherry 1 Cup Cider Vinegar 1 Cup Onion Chopped 1 Can Tomato Sauce 8 ounces 1 Cup Corn Syrup 1 Cup Molasses 1 Can Tomato Paste 6 ounces 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoon Garlic 1 Dash Pepper 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke 1 Tablespoon Mustard 1 teaspoon Onion Salt 1 teaspoon Celery Salt 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
In a large saucepan, sauté onion with olive oil until tender and transparent.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
Remove from heat; cool.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 1 month.
