Instructions
In a large saucepan, sauté onion with olive oil until tender and transparent.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
Remove from heat; cool.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to 1 month.
