Instructions
In a large soup pot or saucepan, brown the ground beef until crumbly. Drain fat if necessary.
Add the celery, onions, and green peppers and cook until tender.
Stir in the flour, beef bouillon, and salt.
Gradually stir in the milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Add the shredded cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately and top with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
