Milk

teaspoons
Lemon Juice

teaspoon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Lightly grease an
8x8-inch baking dish
and set aside.
Cream the butter and brown sugar.
Stir in the flour and walnuts.
Set aside one cup of the mixture (this is for the topping).
Press the rest of the mixture into the bottom of the lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350℉ for 12 minutes.
Blend the softened cream cheese with a
mixer
before adding the sugar. Thoroughly mix in the sugar.
Add the egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour into the baked crust and top with the topping mixture that was set aside.
Bake at 350℉ for 25 minutes.
Let cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator.
Once chilled, cut into small bars.
