Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza

Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza has a cookie crust and is topped with chocolate chips and marshmallows. It's great for potlucks and parties!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ Cup Butter melted
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet
  • 1 Cup Marshmallows miniature

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Grease large pizza pan or cookie sheet and set aside.
  • Melt the butter and pour it into a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually mix in the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chopped walnuts.
  • Spread in the greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. It's helpful to spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray to push the dough down in the pan.
  • Sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips and miniature marshmallows.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes.
  • For best results, cut while it is warm.
