Eggs
boiled and peeled

Cream Cheese
softened

Cup
Mayonnaise

Mustard

Relish
sweet or dill

Salt

Black Pepper

teaspoon
Paprika
plus more for garnish

Chives
chopped, plus more for garnish
Instructions
Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces.
Add the eggs, cream cheese, mustard, relish, salt, pepper, paprika, and chives to a
large bowl
and combine.
Mash all of the ingredients together with a fork until combined, leaving some pieces of boiled eggs.
Spoon the dip into a
serving bowl
.
Sprinkle with extra paprika and chives.
For best flavor, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers and veggies.
