Instructions
Cook the sliced carrots in boiling salted water until they are tender.
Drain the carrots and set them aside.
In a saucepan, combine the butter, flour, sugar, salt, orange juice, and orange rind. Cook and stir until thickened.
Add the carrots and heat thoroughly.
