  • 2 Pounds Bone-In Pork Chops
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1½ Cups Apple Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Apples sliced

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Melt the butter over medium high heat in a large skillet and sear the pork chops quickly to get a little color on them.
  • Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Top the pork chops with onions.
  • Combine the apple butter and apple cider vinegar and pour over the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the apple slices around the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
