White Chocolate Christmas Snack Mix
A sweet and savory snack mix perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 20 ounces white chocolate chips (2 bags)
- 1 large box rice cereal
- 16 ounces mini pretzels (1 bag)
- 10 ounces M&M's
- 2 cups peanuts salted
Instructions
- In a large plastic bag (a sturdy trash bag works best), dump the cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M's.
- Close the bag and shake up the dry ingredients until mixed.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted, stirring in between.
- Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients.
- Close the bag and shake until coated evenly.
- Lay out on cookie sheets to dry and harden.
