Easy Cherry Cobbler

Easy Cherry Cobbler is made with refrigerator cinnamon rolls, canned cherries, and Red Hots! It is perfect for winter or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Red Pitted Cherries 16 oz or 2 Cups
  • Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Cinnamon Candies Red Hots
  • Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Package Refrigerator Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Drain cherry juice into saucepan.
  • Add sugar, candies, and cornstarch to saucepan.
  • Cook and stir continuously over low heat until candies melt. Gradually increase temperature every 3-4 minutes.
  • Add butter and cherries and stir until butter is melted.
  • Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Place cinnamon rolls on top of cherry mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until rolls are done (check bottoms and sides).
  • Spread with icing from package of cinnamon rolls.
  • Serve warm.
