3 Cups Flour 2 Cups Sugar 2 teaspoons Baking Soda 1½ teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Nutmeg ½ teaspoon Baking Powder ½ teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Cloves 2 Cups Pumpkin (one 16 ounce can) ⅔ Cup Oil
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease two 8x4x2 loaf pans and set aside.
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, and cloves.
In separate bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Beat pumpkin and oil into eggs.
Add pumpkin mixture into flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan onto cooling rack.
