Ingredients

  • 40 Slices Thinly Sliced Ham
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Jar Dill Pickle Spears

Instructions

  • Blot pickle spears with paper towels to remove excess liquid.
  • Place two pieces of ham on top of each other and spread cream cheese thinly on top.
  • Place one pickle spear on top of cream cheese and roll up.
  • Repeat until out of ingredients.
  • Place roll ups in a container with a lid and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Remove from fridge and slice into pieces about ½ inch wide.
  • If desired, add a toothpick to each one to hold together.

Notes

  • Set out the cream cheese about an hour before using. It makes it much easier to spread, and it makes it less likely that the ham will tear while spreading.
  • Before cutting, place the pickle wraps in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This allows the cream cheese to harden back up a little and makes it less likely that the pickles will slide out while cutting.
