Instructions
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put into the bottom of a large salad bowl or trifle bowl.
Add diced celery followed by sliced hard-boiled eggs.
Next, pour in the frozen peas.
Then, place the green peppers on top.
After that, add the sweet onions followed by the bacon.
In a small bowl, add the sugar to the mayonnaise and stir together until combined.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the salad like frosting.
Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
