- 8 Slices Bacon fried and diced
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put into the bottom of a large salad bowl or trifle bowl.
- Add diced celery followed by sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Next, pour in the frozen peas.
- Then, place the green peppers on top.
- After that, add the sweet onions followed by the bacon.
- In a small bowl, add the sugar to the mayonnaise and stir together until combined.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of the salad like frosting.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
