S'mores Pie

Graham Cracker Crust

Instructions
In a
medium microwave safe bowl
, add chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Microwave for 45 seconds, remove from microwave, and
whisk
.
If the chocolate isn't melted enough, microwave for up to 15-30 seconds more, whisking every 15 seconds.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Cover and place in refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
Before serving, top with mini marshmallows.
Broil on low for 1 minute or use a
hand torch
to toast the marshmallows.
