Easy Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Package Cake Mix (15.25 oz) any flavor
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Non Fat Yogurt
- ½ Cup Mix Ins (chocolate chips or other goodies)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease baking sheet and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together cake mix and baking powder.
- Add eggs and nonfat yogurt.
- Stir until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips or other mix-in of your choice.
- Place rounded spoonfuls of dough on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire cooling rack.
