Substitutions and Variations

Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: Use Greek yogurt or a combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise as a tangier alternative to sour cream. Neufchâtel cheese can be substituted for cream cheese for a lower-fat option.

Beef Lunchmeat: Smoked turkey or chicken slices can be used as a substitute for beef lunchmeat, providing a lighter option.

Onions and Green Peppers: Customize the vegetable mix by adding diced bell peppers, scallions, or even caramelized onions for a sweeter flavor.

Cheese Blend: Add shredded cheese to the mix for an extra layer of richness. Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss cheese work well in this context.

Bacon Bits: Crumbled bacon can be added to the dip for a smoky and savory twist. This complements the beef flavor and adds a crispy texture.
