The marinade gave the beef such a rich flavor and the veggies were perfectly cooked. We enjoyed eating it with chicken skewers. So yummy!
I am so glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
So delicious! The marinade was perfect and they came out so tender and tasty! Just wondering, can I try this in the oven too?
Yay! I’m so happy they turned out. I haven’t tried them in the oven, but I don’t see why not. 🙂
As recommended, I marinated the beef overnight, and it turned out so tender and juicy when grilled. Plus, the bell peppers and onions added a pop of color and flavor to the kabobs. Totally worth the wait!
I’m so happy that you enjoyed them and thought they were worth the wait. I agree! They are so tender and juicy! 🙂
The marinade is really tasty and the beef is so tender. I added mushrooms and they turned out so delicious. Can’t wait to make it again for my Mom.
Mushrooms sound like a delicious addition!
This was just so perfect for family barbeque night! I added a bit of mushroom and used yellow and green bells for additional color, and they came out great and the flavors are absolutely amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
