I don’t know about you, but our family has to have pizza at least once a week! Technically, Fridays are “Pizza Night” and if we don’t have pizza, the kids ask about it. Then we have it the next night to make up for it. For some reason, we never get tired of pizza. We thought that one week we would do something a little different and make Pizza Rolls instead of our usual frozen pizza. The kids were skeptical, but they gave it a try and loved it. The toddler even liked it! We just gave him the filling, though. We had to have regular pizza the next night so we wouldn’t break weekly tradition! Haha.
This recipe was fairly easy. My husband usually cooks dinner, so it was up to him to try out this recipe. It calls for egg roll wrappers, but we couldn’t find any at the store, so we used Won-ton wrappers instead. They were good, but I would like to try egg roll wrappers next time if we can find them. Let me know which one you decide to use and how you like it in the comments below!

Ooh, this is super interesting! I’ve never done this with wonton wrapper. I think it would be so good deep fried HAHA which is terrible! Anything with cheese and pepperoni is my jam! Thanks for sharing, Heidi x

Thank you, Lynn! Deep-fried would be good too. There is a reason I don’t own a deep fryer, haha!
